Jason Kiredjian joined Kerlin Capital Group in 2008. Prior to Kerlin, Mr. Kiredjian worked with Parallel Investment Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on growth company investments. Mr. Kiredjian began his career in turnaround management, working most recently with the firm Alvarez and Marsal, where he advised distressed public and private companies and served in interim management roles.

Mr. Kiredjian has worked on divestitures, recapitalizations, financings and strategic planning assignments covering a broad range of industries. Notable advisory engagements include the public reorganizations of Sun Healthcare, Warnaco, Spiegel Catalog, Amerco (parent of U-Haul), and Genuity, as well as serving in interim financial management roles with the Prandium Restaurant Group and Crescent Jewelers. He has also served as a financial advisor to the creditors of numerous Southern California businesses including Enterprise Industries, PaperPak Industries and Rembrandt Photo Services. While at Kerlin, Mr. Kiredjian has completed numerous important assignments including the sale of Carlton Forge Works to Precision Castparts and the acquisition of LERETA by its former managers.

Mr. Kiredjian holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation and is a Certified Insolvency and Reorganization Advisor (CIRA). He holds an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. degree with honors from the USC Marshall School of Business.
