represented the joint venture to sell a former Heinz pet food
operation in Canada to its largest
customer, a Netherlands-based distributor. Kerlin developed
a de novo business plan to be used in the sale process that
described
the pro forma financial effects of moving this operation to
Europe in order to comply with new European regulatory requirements.
