LLC has been sold to Small World Kids, Inc.
September
2004 – Kerlin was engaged by Neurosmith, LLC,
a smart toy company, to assist the company in finding an
appropriate strategic buyer. Neurosmith, LLC achieved high
praise in the industry for it's award-winning music and educational
toys. Kerlin developed marketing materials and assisted in
the selling process. Neurosmith, LLC was controlled by The
Davidson Group, whose shareholders previously founded Davidson
& Associates
